I’ve spent the past 9 years photographing couples and families in my hometown of Birmingham, AL and across the Southeast.
I could name a dozen things I love about being a photographer, but at the top of any list would be building relationships with clients through the time we spend together. It's something I feel especially drawn to because of my background as a counselor.
With each couple and family I photograph, I’m increasingly grateful for the time spent sharing in their joy and documenting their lives together.

Was for newly engaged college friends! We spent a late spring afternoon meandering across Auburn University’s campus taking photos.
We giddily talked about their future together and celebrated their love story as I photographed them enjoying each others’ company. I’ve been hooked ever since!
