Donnelly House Spring Wedding | Chandler & John Robert

This April brought a spring wedding at The Donnelly House for a truly sweet couple, Chandler and John Robert. They’ve been together since middle school — they’ve known each other and grown together throughout their lives, and finally said “I do” on what we thought would be a very rainy Saturday. We joked throughout the afternoon that we’ve never seen a bride will away the rain like Chandler did!

The day was filled with thoughtful details that prioritized family. The ceremony on the front steps of the house was for family only, while the rest of the guests arrived later for the reception. Little moments of celebration were sprinkled throughout the day, including a champagne tower poured for the families right after the ceremony. One of my favorite nods to Chandler and John Robert’s history was their getaway car — it was the car John Robert’s mom drove the couple to their first date in when they were teenagers!
