Alabama Theatre Rehearsal Dinner

It was a perfect fall evening for Liz and Paul’s rehearsal dinner at the Alabama Theatre. Friends and family had gathered from all over the country to begin a weekend of wedding celebrations, and Liz and Paul wished to host them at one of Birmingham’s most iconic landmarks. Guests were welcomed into the theatre’s lobby for cocktail hour, then invited to take their seats on the stage for dinner to the sounds the theatre’s Mighty Wurlitzer organ. The evening concluded with thoughtful toasts and fun stories shared by Liz and Paul’s friends and family.

The evening emphasized something I quickly learned to be true from spending time with Liz and Paul leading up to their wedding: They adore their family and friends. They’ve intentionally built a community of people who are endlessly supportive, eager to celebrate, and full of love. It was a joy to experience, and it beautifully set the tone for the rest of the weekend.
