Mountain Brook Community Church and The Florentine Wedding

Sadie and Hunter’s wedding planning process started with the most thoughtful detail of all: their wedding date was Sadie’s grandparents’ anniversary. It was a choice that honored a family legacy while acknowledging a simple fact — they have people in their lives who have modeled love and marriage in a way that’s shaped them for the better. Every little detail of their Mountain Brook Community Church and The Florentine Wedding felt uniquely them:

Sadie wore her grandmother’s necklace and invited her dog Winnie to join us for getting ready photos. Hunter spent the morning golfing with his groomsmen and had a golf-themed groom’s cake to honor his love for the sport. A colorful palette of florals added touches of whimsy to the day. A ladybug landed on Sadie’s veil as we were taking photos, to which she exclaimed “my family calls me Sadiebug”! Their flower girls had sweet and sassy personalities, their ceremony had readings and traditions that were special to them as a couple, and their getaway car was a friend’s vintage Land Cruiser. Every single moment felt filled with joy and gratitude for the people in their lives, and it was an honor to witness and photograph.
